3. Training Bookings
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation and any required payment has been received.
3.2 Fees and Payment
- Fees are quoted on request and are exclusive of VAT unless stated
- Payment terms will be specified at booking
3.3 Cancellation by You
- More than 28 days before: Full refund minus £50 admin fee
- 14-28 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
- Substitutions permitted at no charge
3.4 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel due to insufficient numbers, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. Full refunds or transfers will be offered.
4. Clinical Supervision
Supervision is for professional development only. Supervisees remain responsible for their clinical practice. Confidentiality applies except where safeguarding or legal obligations require disclosure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Please contact info@mehmetsungur.com with any complaints. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 28 days.
